Wow, my cafe is coming along slowly but surely. I was wondering if anyone puts out a desent lower cost fiberglass tail for the sportster. One that mimics the old cafe Norton style. The bullet with the tail light at the end. The SuperManx which was shown in a recent magazine had what I was looking for, but I believe that guy made his own.

check out this link. They have what I think are really nice looking tails for sportsters.

You can also just see a little of a tail on this Japanese cafe. I like it, but don't know what it is. Anybody recognize it?

Drag Specialties used to sell these loose copies of the Storz tails and when they got discontinued i bought a few.
I thought they were all gone, but "surprise, surprise" there was one lurking on the shelf.
Very similar to these, except pan/tail only, no seatpad.

A cheaper alternatve to the Storz or Airtech stuff, yet still good quality fiberglass. No sense in me hanging on to it any longer. I could wrangle a pic or 2 if there was interest.

You could probably make almost anyones seat work with some modification.
Hit up the brit/euro parts sites and of course e-bay.

No! but now that you mentioned it, edmond doesn't chime in all that often so that should have given it away.
