Oh yea!! That is smooooooth. Love the turn signals too, are ya gonna tip us off as to where to get that stuff, or leave us in suspense?

Looks great either way, wouldn't mind doing the turns to mine... how did you get it to work with the sporty?

Way to custom that bad bike!

Paulie, made an adapter at work and covered it with a chrome softail swingarm pivot cover. Parts were my x-mas present didn't ask for origin. 45 yes need some chrome zip ties, and thanks for noticing LOL.

this picture...:

there's a half-moon on the swingarm with a bolt through it. That's where the lower half of the shock bolts to on mine...where is yours bolted to? did you modify that, too? "lowering blocks"?
Also the lic plate bracket looks to be mounted to the axle. did you have to get a longer axle to accomodate or is that the part that you made at work?

I made my own side lic plate mount recently, and am sort of comparing mounting details...if you don't mind.

Nice work! Love it. (That rear fender is so shiny in the 1st pic it looks like that tree is painted right on it!)

Thanks Deb and Mac. Engine, yes the bike has a lowering kit and the plate mounts to the axle. The axle nut I made is recessed into the plate mount and instead of a cotter pin I used a set screw that is drill pointed into the axle end. I made the nut head bigger so I could use the swingarm pivot cover to hide the nut.

The whole rear end is super clean, good job man! It's a nice feeling to know you done it right and and the bike next to you at the redlight is not gonna clone.

Hoosier, that side mount looks really freakin nice.:D job well done.

Your bike has the total package of what a custom sporty should look like, keep up the
good work for one of the best looking here on the forum.

BTW- all the bike needs is a custom hand tooled solo seat with a really
cool design to sit your ass on. The solos rock and give the bike a whole new look.;)

I'll ask again for everyone, what rear fender are you running??

The bike looks awsome, clean, and mean :smoke :smoke :smoke

The rear fender is an aftermarket Heritage rear fender that has been cut down. The fender has no lines on the side which is what made me choose this fender, smooth with no roll lines. Thanks for all the great compliments. :tour
