I have a '04 Sporty (http://www.klamen.com/harley/bike.htm) with the two-tone black/blue paint, and I'm wanting to do something with the paint job to finish out my "custom bike". I'm already looking into getting a second set of metal to send out, so I'm not without while it gets done.

Everybody around here seems to have gotten ghost flames, or tribal prints done to their paint. I'd like to do something more customized, a graphic, or airbrushed picture of sorts. I know that I have to know the design that I want before I can get estimates, but what I'd liked to get now is some recommended places that do great quality work, at reasonable prices (I know that may be easier written than done!)

I'm in Indiana, but can ship the metal where it needs to go if need be. Can anybody give me some recommendations on who has done great quality work? I've googled like crazy, but not finding anything about recommendations, only some sites that have their own written "recommendations" that I don't know if they are true or not.

Thanks!

How 'bout something worth looking at on your tank. Might look nice with the Black and Blue scheme with a nice clear coat over it. Beats the hell out of tribal flames. ;)

Of course you would have to rename the bike. :shhhh

Hmmm...I don't think I should call my bike Norma though ;) Actually, that would be sweet, but my wife would never give me a moment of quietness when I'm around that bike (not like I get that now) :cry1 Thanks for the idea though, that's what I'm looking for as well...ideas...

Barry - I saw the ad you mentioned, sent him a PM and email. Looks like a good deal, thanks for the help!

I'm actually working with Caffeine on some lettering and pinstriping for my future tank.

Rottenralph and I use Hill's in Bradenton, FL. RR has many pix of his bike in his gallery. My paint job is in the final stages. I sent them a photo that they are working from as a theme. Prices were good and RR has been very high on them. Follow this link and examine the many examples in their gallery:

Gator does some awesome work. I'm having him paint the tins on the bike I'm mocking up now. http://www.gatorcustoms.com/ The music is a little annoying though (you'll see what I mean.)
