I'm talking engine oil. My last Harley was a 92 FLHTC and I used a Griot's Garage oil extractor to suck the oil tank dry.(www.griotsgarage.com) I tested this way versus the drain plug, and found I got more oil using the sucker. Does anybody do this on a 2004+ Sporty? Also, my drain hose for the oil tank has no clip to attach it to the frame. Have a 2006 XL883R and wondered if I was missing the clip or if it wasn't used on the 06 models. I did a search using the words "SUCK OIL" and didn't find any info on this subject. Thanks for your help and input. I would say, "Keept clean", but even I couldn't resist taking a shot at this post!
