True, but at least it has a sprung seat. It is definately a boulevard profiler. Wouldn't want to ride a 2,000 mile road trip on it.

I really love the square-profile tires and dinky little disk. That's exactly what I'd put on a bike designed to be ridden "fast". I bet those stock pegs sans rubbers are great at holding the feet on the pegs too.

That battery mounted on that angle will garranty acid all over the back of the bike in time.

Damn cool lookin bike. I like the description, it has both chopper and bobber in it, pretty much covers it! :smoke Doesn't look too comfy, but I don't think whoever built it had comfort it mind.

What Buel. It's not even close to a Buel anymore. It's just a Buel engine in a completely different bike. A Buel is more then an engine and transmission and that is all that is left on this that is from a Buel. I'm not a sport bike kind of guy and I like this more then a Buel but it is not a Buel anymore at all.

I'd love to have that look, although I'd likely change the handlebars and seat, my fat little ass needs much cushion, and my lower back ain't what it used to be!

I think the bike should come w/ saddle bags. Othewise, how are you supposed to carry the 2 2x4's that come w/ it to keep it from falling over?

Where can I get rubber like that for my project?

Saw one of those at Americade last year, in a hotel parking lot - I thought it was odd that he seemed real vague on what it was - no wonder - if he paid that much for it he probably didn't want anyone to know it because a) they might think the guy was crazy, and/or b) he was afraid someone would put it on a pick-up truck:p

Carbon-fiber gastank. 1 pc carbon-fiber seat. Top o' the line components everywhere. Swingarm doubles as exhaust. Besides the Ecosse Heretic, one of the only customs that can actually round a corner with any sense of haste.

I sat on one at Bourget's Choppers in Snottsdale. Weighs 'bout 400lbs. Engine is rated at 125rwhp (I think).

I'd buy one of those way before I was caught dead on one of those OCC monstrosities. Which is a moot point because I'm not spending 61 large on ANY bike. If I had that kind of dough, I'd get a BMW F650 and spend the difference seeing how many countries I could ride through in the next 5 years.

Arizona must do something to "us". I totally agree. Those bikes actually handle and look good. I'd love to have one given to me. But buy it? Nah! I might get a bigger Beemer though.:laugh

Confederate Chopper...

I would have never guessed that is a production bike. I figured it was someone with a Carbon Fiber fetish. I like the design and engineering of it as well as the sleek look and all the curves. Very sexy! I must admit the Carbon turns me on a bit, but for $61K the thing could be made of Titanium. Anyway I really admire the innovation.

Someone mentioned the OCC bikes. Remember, those are fairly simple bikes from an engineering stand point. They are mainly ornamental in their theme bike designs. But some look pretty cool...

I was looking at those bars and saying WTF something looked awry.
I didnt even snap that they were regular bars. roffles, creative useage, but it does look like an uncomfortable ride, most assuredly a street brawler:banana
