ain't no such animal. It was tried some years back but failed for lack of readership (sales). Maybe someone will take up the torch again someday but for now, this is as good as it gets. Seriously tho, there is one mag that leans towards sportys but I can't recall which one.

I am a big fan of American Iron. They always feature a couple Sportsters in every issue, and every now and then they have an XL question and answer section. Or you could always check out back issues of Hot XL.

Hot Bikes and Hot rod bikes are pretty decent rags.

Hot XL was out a few years ago. The Jan. issue of the horse had three really sweet sporty chops in it.

I am a subscriber to Hot Rod Bikes. Recently, they have had a couple of articles but it still fails to satisfy the Sportster Enthusiast. Most of the articles are on big custom bikes. The two most recent issues have a story on a 2004 Sportster Hop-up. I used to subscribe to American Iron but they did away with their Sportster tech section. They still have the Hot XL section where they usually show a custom XL. By far the best was Hot XL magazine when it was in publication. I tried to buy as many back issues as I could but they had only three left, including the very first issue in 1996. These were just outstanding magazines and I have read each one multiple times cover to cover. I don't know if they have done any reprinting of these magazines but I'd love to buy any back issues available.
