Installed my ghost brackets with no problems, took about 2 hours, I have hard leather harley bags which I like but now they pop right off in 5 seconds. When traveling it will be nice to pop them off and carry them right into the hotel, it is also much much easier to wash the bike.
I always thought the bike looked better without bags now I can do my short runs without when I can get by without the bags which won't be often, I'm a gear whore, I like to carry tools, manual, rags, extra gloves and glasses ect. ect. don't need it but makes me feel better.
The only thing I don't like is the bags are now about 2 to 3 inches out from the bike which does not look quite as good but close enough, but when the bags are off it looks great only 2 crome buttons showing.

got them at better bike parts, the ghost bracket company site directs you to this company, $170.00.
my turn signals were already moved by the dealer when I picked up my bike new, had bags on it.
i'll post some pics this weekend, I tried taking some in the garage but the light was to bad.
