As you may have already noticed when creating a thread in some categories you can now select a "Thread Prefix".
Selecting a Thread Prefix can be helpful in identifying the type of Sportster you are need help with when performing a search using the forum search function.
For example. If you go to the advanced search page here: http://xlforum.net/vbportal/forums/search.php you see that you can select a Thread Prefix. If you had a problem with the electrical system of your Ironhead you could search for threads that pertain specifically to Ironheads and not have to wade though the search results that have EVO info.
This of course will only work if we as thread authors begin using the Thread Prefixing to specify which category of Sportster we are writing about.
If you can think of addition Thread Prefixes that would be help please let me know so they can be considered for implementation. When suggesting a Thread Prefix please also let me know which specific forum categories they should be assigned to.
