Glad to see you're doing your own metal and paint work. That's how it used to be before the days of high priced customs and the yuppie invasion. :clap :clap :clap flathead45 31st January 2005, 18:11 be sure to post after shots when done looking good sofar Darhawk 31st January 2005, 18:14 Nice work.....ditto flathead on posting the pics when you're finished. dwardy 31st January 2005, 19:56 Interesting way to deal with the license plate. Don 74FeHeadXLH 1st February 2005, 04:09 Nice work so far from what I can see in pix...cool idea w/ tag and tailight...can't wait to see finished product...much better than the typical off-the-shelf stuff...Mike 74xlh collinsb 1st February 2005, 04:12 Looks nice ridercam! Can't wait to see it finished! Billy riderCam1957 1st February 2005, 04:27 Thanks for the kind words everybody. This is ALOT of work. Rear fender is ready for primer. Front needs more grinding then body filler. Gonna cut the front fender to a point and a small radius on the back of it. Then body filler and alot more sanding. I like the welding and painting part but hate the putty and sanding. I'll post more pics as progress goes. -Cam |
