It is supposed to be in the 40's and sunny the next three days here. My bike has been down for about 3 weeks waiting on parts, sending back wrong parts, etc. I thought I had everything done yesterday, went to put the new front brake line on and they shipped me 12mm sealing washers, I need 10mm. Called both local dealers and they don't have any (WTF?).
Anyone have any recommendations of what I can find/use today? Will plastic 10mm washers work, I just want to get it on, sealed up, and bled before tomorrow. The idgits at the local auto stores don't know what a sealing washer for a banjo bolt is. So before I go trekking all over town, thought maybe someone here had used something else. Any idears?

I've had the copper washers on the front of my bike for over a year now. No problems to report here. Got them at Autozone.

Any car parts store should have both copper and the aluminum with rubber type. Go to rice bike store. They ought to have also.
