those numbers are very respectable :banana
I would be very happy with those.:D
How much does it cost to get a dyno test done these days?

You should note that the print out is STD horsepower which is without correction. Go back and ask them to give you the dyno files on a diskette. then go to dynojet.com and unload their free software and re-examine the files with SAE correction. depending on the air temp, atmospheric pressure etc you'll probably find a few less ponies - so yes the #s are believable.

That sounds pretty strong to me. I hope that you find them to be pretty accurate. Congrats!!!

Very nice numbers
My Bike is going to the Dealer to get the Jetting fixed and Dyno Tuned on Friday
I have a 2005 1200 Custom with the Thunderslide kit SE Air Cleaner and Ignition Module with a set of D&D pipes since the Dealer I bought it from has the jetting all screwed up I am tking it to another one that has done great work for other people I know plus they do alot of work on Buells
I am curious to see what kind of numbers I get so I know where to go from there

Maybe more hp.......... Depends on your altitude, etc............

The A/F ratio looks lean for WOT.........
I'd want it at 13.5 and flat (notice the lean peak just were the torque dip is)

yeah I am a bit lean and they suggested I raise my needle another notch you see the peek right about where the slide starts to pull the needle up. and I dont pretend for one minute those are actual hp and tq numbers .

i never argue with sucess, but all the posting for the carb folks seems to say 185 main or smaller . my HD dyno jet kit says 180 main with pipe and intake stage 1. some guys swair by a 175 main jet for power in a 1200. care to elaberate?

You seem to be running very lean for such a big main jet. Are you sure its a 195? If that is good A/F read (probe in proper location) I would look into the lean condition pronto before something gets damaged.
Great #'s by the way. Mine are similiar and I also have a STD read out...done in the middle of the hot, humid summer. I bet a correction would make my numbers go UP.
Is it for real? Who cares, my bike runs strong as hell. In fact the dealer wanted to know who put the thunderslide kit in it. When I told I had done nothing but shim and go up on my pilot jet(as well as CS and Big Sucker) he said "nice job" :roflblack

I'm running a 175 in my 1200. The a/f ratio comes out pretty lean, especially towards the upper end of the revs, but they did a number of runs and they said that this is what got the most power, so i didn't argue.
