He's been out all week, busy moving from Texas to CO. So you-know-who has tried to fill those big shoes. But there's only so much of me, and even at my best, I ain't in his league when it comes to helping people. As a result, our customer service and responsiveness have not been what they should be. My apologies to anyone who hasn't been able to get ahold of us.

Oh good Dan is back...I'm sure with all the hussle and bussle and as busy as all you guys are Dan probably forgot about the 1250 kit he was sending me. No need to go looking for the invoices or receipts or anything, I mean you guys are busy enough, just uh...go ahead and send it right on up. It's all taken care of, really...probably just slipped your mind. And hey, if you need a couple more days before you send it, no sweat, I'm real patient. But ya know, like I said, no sense wasting your limited time looking for them pesky invoices that show dates and times and orders and credit card numbers and stuff. Bah, who needs paperwork anyway right?

Oh and Dan, you remember you said it would be the black with highlight fins right? I mean, I know you've been real busy so if all ya got handy is silver or something then hey I'm okay with that too. Or if you need to just send me one of the 1340 kits, well that would be okay too. I mean ya know, whatever. All those little details would probably be on some silly paperwork or something and we already blew that off...right? I mean, we can still do business on a word and a handshake right? No, no, no, Cam this was just a deal between Dan and I. Susan and Aaron were busy with other stuff ya know cuz Dan was in Texas and all and I didn't want to bother them or anything. So Dan and I just took care of everything. No problems. But I'm sure Dan forgot being so busy and all and I'm positive he misplaced the paperwork during his move so I'm just trying to help them out with a friendly reminder. ya know?

Okay, I have to go PM Stevo. He's been real busy too and I bet he forgot about a deal we made on some fabrication work....

you've just reminded me of deal I did with Justin when he was there. He said he was going to send some roller rockers, solid lifters and a balanced, lightened flywheel down for me to try. This was a no cost thing cause i'm gonna be the distributor for NRHS products in Mexico. He drew up the paperwork and everything but i guess it all got lost when he left.
But hey, a deal is a deal right, Aaron??? Aaron??

Well i'm sure Dan was informed of the deal.
I think i'll call UPS tomorrow and see where they're at.

He did mention a while back that he picked up a 1200S that he was gonna do up real nice for me if I ever went back to OZ. Said I could have it for $1000. Don't know if he still remembers but I'm sure I can find the email here somewhere.:smoke :smoke
