want to keep stock looking A/C with crank bypass

Hello all;

I was wondering if there is a crankcase breather bypass available for the stock set up A/C? I just want to maybe put a K&N filter in the stock housing. I really like the stock look for the A/C and don't like the hypercharger look..ect..
Also maybe there is a better then stock housing that looks like the stock one I would be willing to use that also.

Screaming Eagle looks the same, it's basically a cut down style of the stock for more air flow. Here is one on Ebay for the 04-later sportsters :)
