Just thought I'd throw this out thre for the Buell guys.

I guess there's a new product on the market that allows you to rewrite the programming for the factory computer fuel mapping, so you don't need to buy extra modules. Plugs in, downloads whatever setting you have on it, and the stock computer saves it.

Anyways, my buddies xb12S is getting this treatment (essnetially a rejet), airbox and he already has a D&D exhaust - essentially a stage 1 setup.

The bike from the factory makes 103hp at the crank, and he's got it up to 103hp at the wheel now, with a little fine tuning left. This all seems to be spot on as I know my bike (2004 1200) with a stage one makes a little more at the wheel than it was making stock at the crank.

The stock buell exhaust is actually a really sweet pipe its a shame he replaced it. The factory exhaust is staged, so you get the back pressure you need in the low rpm's for tourqe and then opens up for the high revs.

I would love to have a system like this for my sportster :(

I agree it's a sweet system, but, it is HEAVY, and it makes your 1200cc, 103hp moster sounds like a 17hp briggs. Not cool.

According to the dynos of his pipe, he lost power (over the stock muffler) on the very bottom end and the very top end, but made big gains in the middle, so for his riding style it suites him well.
