There are lots of Winter projects goin on. Here's some of mine, not quite done yet.

1. 1200 Conversion KB272 Pistons, virgin heads & cams. Black heads and jugs.
2. Lowered "eye-brow" with tips from edman da man!
3. V&H SS2-R Pipes.
4. Vintage grips (was going to use Clubman's, on the fence now).
5. S E Fork brace (kinda bulky but works great).
6. Dual discs and fork oil change (SE). Thinking of emulators?
7. Chin spoiler (good for 3-4 hp? :laugh ).

Still want to do:
1. Rear-sets (Chainsickles?)
2. Lower Bars (clip-ons or drag)
3. Front suspension upgrade? (emulators or S forks)
4. Tin chop front and rear
5. Ignition upgrade, SE Ignition or single fire?
