engine mods on my 1200

Hi,

Well I did my first bike motor, I am looking for some input. Here's what I did. I bored my cylinders .010 and put in 10:5.1 domed pistons, ported the heads (quit a bit) ,Andrews N-6 cams, mikuni 42 carb.I am wondering if I went to big on the cams. I know it will have good top end but I am worried about the bottom. I fired it up and it sounds great. Any comments?

I was thinking of doing the same, or similar to mine. COuld you let me know about how long it took and how difficult it was and if it was worth it?
