Rode the bike home from the shop today after stage 1+ mods, but I can't get the dyno charts in my post. I followed the directions, but url in gallery thumbs are not high lighted. Is it possible for someone else to insert the charts in my post? Or show me where I went wrong?

Considering the mods, I was surprised the Mikuni was so close out of the box. Changed to 155 jet from 160 and a small adjustment on the mixture screw. Adjustment on the Crane HI-4E netted a few more horsepower in the midrange. Crane is set at curve 6, static timing 4. Rev limit is set at 6400. Falls off after that, so no point in going higher.

Charts don't show A/F ratio because that interfered with HP graph. But ratio ran from 13.2 to 13.7 throughout. My ride today was low to mid 50s outside and carb ran great. It would take about a 15-20F drop in temp to justify richer/fatter jet.

I was concerned about loss of torque at 2000+/-rpm. Spend a lot of time in 2000-2500 rpm riding two up. Power is fine in this range.Plenty. But it really comes on at 3000rpm and goes to rev limit in a hurry. In fact, today was the first time I ever bumped up against the rev limiter. There was no point in going there before!

Shop worked on another sporty while mine was there. Similar set up except $500 Rineharts. My $200 cycle shacks beat him by 1/2 hp. Real eye opener for shop owner. He said " I guess they are a good bang for the buck ".
