Looked like some badging and a paint scheme, but nothing really tieing it to the Superglides of yor. Just like the Sturgis, Daytona, and 100th anniv bikes, just flashy badges and paint to make you spend more $$ for a bike that is no different than a non commemorative model. Look for '50s paint schemes and badges for the 50th anniv Sportster models, but nothing more. Oh and forget a factory kickstarter, Yuppies don't dig those. Isn't it sad that, while fuelling our passion by providing us with vehicles that may get us killed, the MoCo has to worry about lawsuits from someone blowing out a knee? For the number of years it can take to kill the knee, many worse things can happen on a bike! It's too bad the 04 and later customs have that big ass tank on them. I really dig the small tanks, it sucks having to fill up all the damn time, but it's worth it in my book :smoke |
