Shu 20th November 2004, 21:07 It really all depends on your area and local prices, but in Quincy, IL I pay $30 for several pulls and $100 for a complete dyno tune (plus parts if needed for tuning). The machine has an air fuel monitor and eddie brake, so the information I can get from a few pulls and steady speed holds is plenty for me to make the neccessary changes. GregD 21st November 2004, 01:29 I had intentions of having a dyno run today at one of the local Indy's having an open house and BBQ for the customers. Dyno-Mike from Port St. Lucie was there with his portable and I'm glad I looked at his price list before I embarassed myself! Single Pull HP only $35 Single Pull HP + TQ $45 Dyno Tune $100 per hour + parts. I'm sure you know why I don't have a dyno sheet tonight. I nearly had a dyno-shiet in the parking lot looking at his prices! Ride Safe. Greg.... Flamin883 27th November 2004, 21:35 Topeka HD prices a run on the dyno $35 up to 3 pulls $75 for a dyno tune. They have the af meter, don't know about the brake. In june i had anappointment for a tune. the guy did 7-8 pulls AF was right on so he did nothing to the jets, played with the timing after 4th pull, took another 3-4 to get it back, still not spot on where my wrench had it, occasional farts on hot restarts. Anyway he chgd me $35 as he didn't break into the carb. txsporty 27th November 2004, 21:42 Just had my Scoot Dyno'ed today $40.00 for just running it, no tuning!!! Only Dyno within 60 miles!!! :D sportymark 27th November 2004, 22:28 I paid £25 here in the UK (equiv. to around $40) |
