Man, I bid on this at a weak time. Lol, I was bidding on a few and won this... ya'll think it might be a bit big? Noticed it said it needed 9inches of sissybar and I don' think I got that much...

Was hoping to use it on my trip to San Diego, hoping it can be fitted to the Sportster... what do you think???

You might be okay with a couple of extra straps. I have a Nelson-Rigg pack that is 19" tall before I put the roll bag on. The first time I used it I had to run some extra straps. My backrest is not as tall as what is called for. I've since installed 13 1/2" shocks so now the bike leans more on the sidestand and this might create a problem when I park the bike.

Just occured to me is the 9" width or hieght? If you need a 9" wide rest you could be in trouble. My bag you can adjust the straps that go around the backrest.

I have a mini backrest and rack with quick release mounts. With the mini backrest, you need to turn the bag around so it fits over the backrest, and sits on the seat.

I have a bag about that size and carry it on the rack if riding two-up, or on the seat if I'm riding solo. Just use a few extra straps to make it solid if you have to. You'll be fine.
