Anybody got a set? Do you like them? Do they feel beffy enough under your feet. I have an old set of low rider brackets on there now that reach under the exhaust and are just to far away. The adjustable seem to clear the exhaust but how far out do they go? I just want some clarification before I drop 159 for them. Thanks

I've got them on mine, and really like them! I knew my legs were going to cramp up on long rides, so I reluctantly forked out the dough...now that I've tried them and realize I'll be keeping this bike for many years, I think the pay back will be worth it...they're definitely solid, and the pegs fold up when I'm just doing town stuff...I know there was a thread on the old format about them and there was talk about the right side being longer than the left...I'll try to post a picture of mine tomorrow...I hardly notice it, but the right one needs to stick out a little more to stay away from the front pipe...if you order them, I'd recommend one of the dealers that give us that 20% discount...every litter bit helps! Or maybe you can get them on your Xmas list!

I have a set on my 04 1200r and I love them. I almost never ride with my feet on the mid pegs anymore.
I bought mine from VTwin MFG. They were $109 plus shipping and they include the foot pegs.
If believe the genuine HD's are around $150 and do not include the pegs. :wonderlan

Thanks for the replys. SC, Did you get those through a dealer or online? Are they the same as the MoCo's.
Plan B, How tall are you? Do you feel that the pegs are far enough away from your body?
Thanks Again

G'day Zach
They have three positions with 3 holes and a pin. They adjust fore and aft.
Very solid..I bought a pair for the girlfriends sporty and I have a few other customers using them too...

I got them through V-Twin Mfg/Zoom Cycle 888-316-1994.
Part #27-1728 (2004-up) $115.23 Plus Shipping
Part #27-1712 (1984-2003) $ 84.46 Plus Shipping
They come with Cat Paw Pegs.
They look the same as what is in the HD catalog. As far as I can tell the only difference is they are allot cheaper.
While you have them on the phone ask for a catalog. It is the size of a Yellow Pages Phone Book.

I am 6' tall. Yes I feel they are far enough away from my body. I ride with my feet on the hi-way pegs about 99% of the time. On a long trip if I really want to stretch out I rest my ankles over the pegs with my feet straight out in front of me. The only downside is in an emergency it does take a split second to get your feet from the highway peg to the back brake.
I wouldn't think of riding without them now!!!!!

Hi Barry1967,
I'm 5'9" and all three positions feel good to me...with SC_Compact being six foot, it sounds like they'll work for a lot of different height people (that's probably what they're designed to do anyway)...it sounds like V-Twin Mfg has the same system w/o the H-D logo for a good price compared to MoCo...I still haven't taken any shots of them for you yet, but I'll try tomorrow after work...
