I've been thinking about a set of bags for the Sport for awhile, but I'm anxious about buying anything and discovering it won't fit right.
Check these out: http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/gma_product.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=84552444204877 7&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302289743&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302289743&bmUID=1146624565492&bmLocale=en_US
Picture sux, anyone know if they fit without monkeying with the turn signals or needing support bars?

They LOOK like they'd work. Bad angle. But not a bad price for HD bags. Stealer should know about lites etc.

click on the customizer on the upper left side of the web page and virtually install the saddle bags and see for yourself

I hope they'll work. I don't want dresser or leather bags, just something easy to throw over for overnight trips. For now, I just wear a back pack.

I have those.
They don't need supports. There is a strap tp loop around the rear turn signals, and another that goes through the passenger footpeg mount.
The yoke goes under the seat and the bags can be disconnected from the yoke and carried inside, leaving the yoke on the bike if you like.
If you extend the straps fully, you can throw them over the seat....I think.
They are not completely waterproof - even with scotchguard. Mine are 10 months old. They sag a bit and are starting to grey a little.

I've got a '97 Sport and got a pair of Tourmaster saddlebags for it. I carry my raingear in one side and leave the otherside empty. Work great and look good.
