HD charges USD price 1:1.5 or 2 into EURO. Considering the exchange rate of 1.56 for 1 Euro, that is a rip off. I think many items are well overpriced. HD tends to build up a luxury profile. Thats fine with me and I understand that a company has to make money. But charging almost 50 Euro for a base cap is kind of over the top!
I understand that HD cannot adjust prices daily following the exchange rates. Here in Thailand parts tend to be cheaper, just a little bit compared with Europe. I just pray that my baby will not show major defects.

Importing directly from the US is not a real option here in Thailand. I wanted to buy a Sundowner seat in the US. Price was ok at 210 USD but the shipping charge was 160 USD! Plus bribes for the customs here...etc...I would never know what I would pay at the end. It's a headache!
