Back in the mid 90's when I seen the S1 buells I knew I had to have one but the timing was wrong. Then in 99 when I seen the first X1 I knew this style was for me. The next year I walked into the dealer with a bank draft and told the sales man I want that 2000 demo bike with the race kit allready installed, came back the next day to drive it home... it was the first time I ever sat on or rode ANY Buell... I just knew that bike was for me.

The next year we seen a nice 01 white X1 with PM wheels on the showroom floor and had to have it. The only crappy thing is it had no race kit which really SUCKED! which to me is like having a potato in the exhast pipe, had to get a race kit on it ASAP!

I have been collecting parts now to mod the bikes some more hopfully soon.

I got some custom ideas to restyle the bikes a bit too.

I think for me just getting/collecting the parts is half the fun, been like this with all my hobbys. Hopfully this year I will be able to buy the rest of the stuff I want and then start thinking about installing. My problem half the time is to many thing on the go so I bounce around alot in my hobbys, cars, bikes, r/c, animals,...

The plan for the yellow bike is to mod it into a "euro" style, 240/280mm rear tire, 170/180 front, custom wheels, big engine, nitrous, custom body scoops, nickle plate everything with carbon or alumium body panels (no paint) and so on, with looks simular to this type look...

I am also really inspired by the looks of the B-King suzuki prototype and other simular "euro" bikes I have seen so I would like to do something simular to a X1. I think it would be neat to do this to one of my bikes because I have not seen one done like these and anyway I really don't need two of the same bikes, so why not really customize/hotrod one and do something that has not been done, to me this would be much more neat than screwing one up for a chopper.
