MAN did you just say a mouthfull, OR WHAT !! :yikes I just saw the "ugly side" a few hours ago when I told the wife I'm gonna ride for an hour or so....Sporty's have a left and a right side just like anything else...Mike :tour

Allydude showed us pictures of the ugly side of his Sporster when he hit the trashcan. Loking at the underneath while a Sportster is laying on the ground, now that's the ugly side.

Put 10,000km on her last year.

Please check my post in the air intake section regarding a new air cleaner for this bike.

So has anyone ever seen a Sporty with an exhaust set-up like a dresser...to clean up the not-quite-as-pretty-as-the-right side? When I bought my '00 it didn't even have a battery cover so before I even rode it I bought one...followed by a fuse panel cover and...yeah, I think HD did that on purpose. :-)

think the 05 roadster is the only bike in the latest H-D catalogue pictured from the left side ( the side that the UK public gets to see )

and I think that's because it's graphically beautiful from that side - 'kin 'ell just look at that engine ! Oh we'll have to have a seat, wheels, a tank and brakes - that'll do. The art of knowing when to stop.

Gez, I always thought the ugly side was when the bike was laying on the ground and you were looking at the bottom of the scoot... Guess I'm wrong. :smoke
