Been waiting to trim the cam cover for years! so sawzall/hacksaw, files, and belt sander later!
Gonna hit it with motorcycle case paint(black)

I love it. Now a couple stainless oil lines and wow.

I've seen that look on some Buells and they have a wild looking sprocket cover as well.

I used your pic as a guide!

What are you running on the oil fitting on the bottom? I plugged it.

I have some braided line at home I use to make oil lines for various cars...

How long did that take you without using a CNC or flow jet? I have the tools you mentioned + air tools (grinder, ect). Is there any tools that you didn't use that may have help, obviously speakin of the retrospect?

My sporty has a chopped cam cover since a longer time! :D :D :D
