I' was wondering what you guys use for a rear tire when you drag? What size and brand?
Is it worth it to go with chain on a street bike that sees the track every other week? What sprockets do you use?
The bike is preaty much stock, stage 1 S/E, & 34tooth primary sprocket.
I ran the bike at the local 1/8 mile track for the first time last friday, what a blast. My best, 83.96 mph, 8.26 ET, 1.89 60ft, and a .67 reaction. Not to bad for the first night on the track. All I did was test & tune, not for money or points. I'm gonna start racing for the money ($500) purse, but the only problem is they run the bikes & sleds together, but its bracket so as long as I'm consistant, I still have a chance.
