Not sure on the year. The bike has 1-3/4" drag pipes, Hemi Heads, S&S Super E carb, N8 cams (*I think*) - the point is not the peak power, but just how crappy the drag pipes are.

The red is the curve as the bike was run. The heavy blue line is one I drew in that approximates what a normal curve for this bike might look like. Pay particular attention to the dip in the 3000 - 3500 RPM range. That area has about 15 FT LBS less torque due to the drag pipes. The dip is always there with drag pipes, but the RPM where it occurs varies based on engine mods, particularly valve timing.
