Just returned from the biggest swiss moto show ... best bike I saw was this one ....

http://www.cccp.ch/gallery/CCCP~Bikes/scaled/media/DIR_5040/cccp0305.jpg

I sat on it and I was surprised how light it felt. Weight is around 196kgs dry. Price is 35-50'000 CHF. Depends what parts are used.
Now I just need to win the lottery!!!! ;)

Who makes it?? Can you buy it as a kit or do you have to buy it complete?

What I like about the cam cover is how they angeled the bottom back instead of cutting it straight across and how well it blends in with the sprocket cover. And that sprocket cover and transmission pulley are sharp!

Yeah I've got some similar ideas for mine as I'm probably gonna make another plate up to go over the sprocket as i'm gonna make some rearsets.

Stevo, I am with you. I was scouting Ebay yesterday for a cam cover to cut up. I like the angle at the back also(Gyahmers). Glad you brought it to my attention. I will get mine powdercoated black. Just hope they don't powdercoat the inside like they did on my Rockercovers. Not ready to have to carefully clean all those cam bushings. Just noticed they used the stock rear cover as well and cut on it. I like that idea. This is getting better by the minute. Gloss black is gonna look good.

Just saw this one on the chopper page I check out occasionally. http://www.clubchopper.com/photopost/data/3237/1396Rigid1-med.jpg

Try and get a 2000 or later as they have a better design with more material...

I'm runnin a 2000 one on my '98

Do they oil the same. I already blew up one motor because of 94 oil tank that did not flow because of dif. design. Can't afford to rebuild several times a year. Are passages and bolt holes identical. Someone has one up for sale because his does not work for his bike.

I've used a 93 one and a 2000 one on my 98.............

and the motor didn't go bang.....

Make sure ya use a late model gasket..

I've been toying with some ideas for a sprocket cover along with the cam cover. Mostly b/c I'm in the process of using a 3/4" offset pulley for a 180 tire conversion. I guess that's why I took notice of these features in the picture posted.

A buddy of mine made a pulley cover of billet on a CNC that looks similar to a wide belt drive which came out really nice. It was to wide for my taste but it gave me some killer I-Deers.

When you get those rearsets made up give us all a headz up, ok?

Bike is made in Switzerland by www.cccp.ch
Frame is from VG in the Nederlands ... I think the pulley cover is from a Buell?! ;)
Its a very rideable chopper with a very good handling. The CCCP crew rides tousands of miles per year with this and other similar bikes. ;)
BTW the rear car tire is ~195mm ... very different to these wide 240-360mm rubber used on most BT choppers. :D

That's a Klock Werks bike right? They just came out with that rigid frame. I like it. Big Daddy Chop is a member here I think, he signed on not too long ago.
