I am close to 100% of my pm box again, but most of the messages saved on there are from people I really care about and members who have departed.

There are many messages I DO NOT WANT TO DELETE...

But if I do not delete them I run out of private messages. I know that space costs money, but there must be a way to save messages that are important without running out of space, even if it means you have to contribute a bit more.

63% of the messages i want to keep are from Jimi and other lost members. Why should I have to delete them?

Bill, I copy and paste them into a couple of Word documents that I save on my desktop.

Same here. Make sure to back them up with all other important stuff
you wouldn't want to lose in the event of hard drive failure.

You can also download them as text, csv, or xml files. (For you I suggest text)

This is an example of a PM saved as a text file.

You can save them individually, or in one big file.

Cheers

Heh heh, I said 'dump'!
