I just intsalled the easy pull clutch on my bike, Now I cant get the o-ring to stay on the bike so I can install the derby cover, Is there a trick are do I have to buy a new one? Bike only has 200 miles.

If you wipe down the ring seat area real clean, and then wipe some vasoline on the "O" ring, it may stick in place for you. Just a thought.....

If it's like the pre-04's, then there is a trick. You kind of have to, I don't know, umm, twist the o-ring.

Oring should be fine. Just clean off the slippery stuff and put it back on. It ought to stay there. I am not sure about the vaseline.

Thanks TechRep, I used grease and it went right on. It was pissing me off, I had cleaned it with soap and water and spent 5 min. trying to get it to stay before I asked.
