Roger is a local guy and someone I've known for several years. We were pretty busy when he wanted to do this so I told him to bring the bike in, put it on the lift, roll up his shirt sleeves and let me know if he had any questions. He took it apart one Saturday, came back a week or two later and we had the heads ready and he put it back together. So he saved a lot on labor.
Then he took it home, did the break-in, brought it back, rolled it on the dyno, and got this. He had a few pulls over 108 but the tach pickup didn't work well and they don't plot properly.
Sean, this is the same stuff you have, although your heads are better.
