Team Ack Attack has broken the record for the worlds fastest motorcycle at Bonneville this week! First pass was just over 360 mph (the fastest ever on 2 wheels!!) and back up pass was just over 350 mpg giving them an average of just over 350 mph pending certification.
This was done at a private meet of nothing but stremaliner bikes and cars.
Time for Chris Carr to get back behind #7 and take his record back!!

At 350mph, are you younger when you get back?

I can say for a fact that you feel younger, even if it isn't 350+...

Mike said that Wheeler's problem was with the chain and gears and wasn't repairable. So it looks like the Ack Attack will walk away with the Fastest Bike Liner title.
Rocky, ready to roll...

Rocky looks a lot better then he did last year. After the bike went on its side, at I think 290, we were talking to him and you could see salt up inside his nose and in his ears.

Are you sure that was salt up his nose? I think I'd need a little something to calm me down after a 290mph get-off! :D

When I saw him it was maybe an hour after it happened He was actually pretty calm ... and it was really large grains, almost chunks ... no mistaking it for anything else ... If it had been me I would have had to change my draws.
