It is a 883, It has a little over 550 miles, i beleive but i can give an exact number when i get home from the office.

Mnenomic,
Many of us have been throuigh those trade offs! I sold one to get married! I sold one to get the kids braces! I sold one to buy my son bedroom furniture ! I sold one to pay for my daughters wedding! Your doing the unselfish thing and that is good. I know there will be another motorcycle for you in the future.

Sorry you have to take a break from riding for a while. I hope it will be a short break!

Have you considered getting your wife a motorcycle license?

Mnemonic,

Sorry to hear your selling your bike. I sold my '89 sportster in 1994 inorder to get married and buy my first house. I didn't purchase another street bike until 2004, after two kids and two more houses. Hopefully you will be able to purchase another bike alot quicker than I did. Peace....

Take it slow, but take it!

Sorry that the bike has to go, neighbor. Now that I look at it I'm sure we crossed paths, that scoot looks familiar. Waves were exchanged as well.

I hope everything turns out well and looking forward to seeing you back in the saddle soon.

Yea, it sucks... and im sure we have crossed path's, you are practically a neighbor.. and i wave to everyone... just out of habit from the corvette days.

Im sure everything will work out after i get this new car, and hopefully next time i'll get a 1200 rather than a 883...

BTW - The bike is on ebay at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4506952831&ssPageName=ADME:B:LC:MT:1

Glad to hear that things worked out for you, man. It would have been a shame to give up your scoot. Good luck with things.
