I remember reading a post some time ago about someone wanting to put memory foam into their seat. A local store around here, maybe not where you live, is selling a bed size sheet of memory foam for $25. It comes in size twin/twin XL or full size. If a few people are interested in this, then you can get together to buy that huge sheet and end up paying $10 or less or it.

I tried this and the problem was the foam had ripples in it on one side and it wasn't a heavy enough wieght of foam. Of course I was a little drunk wehn I did it so that might have had something to do with how it turned out too.
