This weekend's NHRA race at Sonoma, Ca is the quickest pro Stock motorcycle field ever.
Took a 7.096 or quicker to get in, 4 bikes in under 7 seconds. GT Tonglet wound up in at number 15. His teammate Andrew Hines is in the number one spot at 6.974/192.69 Mph.
Smoking racing out there this Sunday, would like to see it.

Infineon Raceway is my local track and my buddies and I take our cars and bikes to the races there every once in a while. I've only run the Sporty there for one day so a 13.6 ain't bad is it? Very nice track though!
I only watched the racing for about a half an hour, but they were talking how fast some of the guys were running. I did see that pass by Andrew Hines and I couldn't believe how fast he ran down that damn track! haha :)

If I am not mistaken the weather was unseasonably cool. That tends to lend it's self to big numbers. I was at Indy a few years ago had a thunderstorm come through. Was mid 90s and humid as all be before it blew through. Low 80s and comfortable after. Needless to say the crews turned the whick up on all the hot rods. Especially the Castrol GTX Mustang :burnout
