it was 7:06 pm tuesday night, let me start off by telling you guys that traffic in Fairfax Virgina sucks ass and the traffic light paterns also not just the drivers. well anyole' way the fairfax dealer closes at 7:00 pm, i got there at 7:06 i told the person at the door that i needed 3 small things i new what i wanted, i was going to be in and out! thay said that they were closed i begged with this schmuck then this person told me that the registers were closed down for the night! i told this winner of person that i would pay cash for what i needed and that they could keep the change!!! You see, i'm not usally in the fairfax area, and i stressed this to this person. but they basicly told me to get to stepping!!!! so in short fairfax is not the place to deal with if you are 7 mins late after closing. i have been to other dealers before they opened, as they were closing, and everyone else was glad to help me....
so......... fairfax va. dealer :censor eat me!!!! oh yeah and by the way the new logo you guys got on the back of your shirt is facking ghey!!!!!!!
they got some asshole soldier with a jay leno chino riding a harley..... you know what they should of just stayed with the mounuments as there dealer logo!!!

You sound like the ideal customer, never getting there when the store is open!

It's hard to find a good honest stealer nowadays. I think it should be changing pretty soon though. Now that the moco has been producing more bikes, stealers won't charge over msrp anymore. They are going to have to make up their money somewhere else, like customer service. The service guys here at Rocket HD are excellent, they have done stuff for me for free. The clowns in the store are some :censor :censor :censor holes.

The management could have added your purchases up and waited untill the next day to ring up the sale and relieve their inventory. Some retail establishments stick to policy like glue. I would not have been too angry with them, I should have gotten there earlier. :shrugs:

I may be wrong, but I'm guessing you've never worked retail before. Those folks have lives too. There's an old saying, "poor planning on your part does not an emergency make on mine." It happens, sometimes you're a few minutes late, stuck in traffic or whatever, but why should that become their problem? Maybe they had somewhere they had to be and keeping the shop open 5 minutes more for you would've made them late for their appointment. I gotta say though I love your bike!!!

Its great when people are willing to stay open for those that arrive just as they are closing but those working in retail sales dont want to be hanging around while a late comer ifs and buts over parts, you may well have known what you wanted but you cant blame them for not wanting to get home.

Put it this way if you have had a hard day at work (or a just plain boring one) and a customer or your boss kept you hanging around for an extra half an hour would you be that pleased.
