I just fitted an Adjure Diamond Ice headlight.

Much brighter than the 2004 (lens optic) stock headlight.

The fit on a 2004 Roadster is very tight but it made it.

Much cheaper than the new style HD unit and I think it looks better.

Just ordered one myself. Adjure Inc. seems to have a great reputation, and after reading about how happy a few of you were with their lights I figured I'd give them a try. Dave in their customer service dept. saved me a good lump of change with shipping.
Drove through a nice little thunder/rain storm on my way home from work the other night and was wishing I could see a lot better.

I put one of the Adjure headlamps in my Suzuki Intruder and WOW what a difference......much brighter what with all those facets and it no longer has that dead spot in the center that is common with stock halogen headlamps.

That headlamp combined with a sylvania silverstar bulb makes for a blinding combination :wonderlan

I will be doing the same for my sportster as well......but I'm thinking I might change out the headlight bucket when I do that.

Anyway if you want a bright headlight then look into one of those headlamps

This is in the top 5 for upgrades IMO..if you have the older headlights

a MUCH better pattern..no more lighting up your front fender more than the road

Well, my first impression was right on. I received my light in Hawaii just 3 days after I ordered it. These guys are fast.
The light came well packaged, but without instructions. Not a real problem for a swap out though. The Adjure reflector sits back in the lamp housing further than the stock Harley light, so I pushed out the three flat connector females from the stock black receptical. The light comes with rubber coated connectors on an extention wire (3) that you can plug into the light and connect the other end to the bare connectors you took out of the black stock receptical.
Either use heat shrink, or just tape it up really good with electrical tape like I did. I did it this way so that I could easily put everything back stock if I needed to. However it might have been best to just cut the stock receptical off and solder the new three wires to the stock ones.

The light this thing puts out is much brighter than stock, even with the Adjure bulb it came with. I might go with the Silverstar whenever this one burns out just to see the difference. The pattern is very defined, like a widescreen TV compared to the vague stock pattern. It's BRIGHT. I'm happy with their service and their product.

Sorry for the cell phone pics, but they're better than nothing. The light I bought is their "Black Dot Tri-Bar".
