I just finished installing a set of Edsets helmet speakers into my Shoei RF900. These speakers are very good quality, easy to install, good price... overall well worth the $80.00 I paid. They are a great alternative to the earbud type units. It took me less than 30 minutes to do the installation. The website for more information is:

Ed was prompt to answer any questions, and I received them in less than a week. He even made a nice extension plug so they will plug right into an MP3 player, or a SkyFi XM radio, which is what I will be using. The SkyFi can power these pretty well on it's own, but I may add a Boostaroo amplifier ($29.00) if I need a bit more sound. I have the "Simple Sonic" model, so it is just the speakers only... no microphone.

Here are some pics of the installation...

The main thing to remember is that both the SkyFi and the Roady2 require a 5 volt supply... so DON'T just cut off the cigarette lighter plug and wire it directly. The 12v to 5v conversion is done inside that plug. I took the plug apart, soldered the wires from my battery right to the circuit board in the cig lighter plug, then sealed it back up again. There are also companies out there that make a 12v to 5v cable specifically for this for around $30.

When and if the weather ever breaks here in Michigan, I'll get the bike outside and take some pics, and also post a review on the whole setup here. In the meantime, if you have any questions, you can PM me.
