Hey,

I kinda resent that the salepeople "coach" customers to rate everything as excellent. My dealership experience was fair, but nowhere near excellent. HD could learn a lot from Acura, Porsche and Jaguar for customer service. Gee, my Honda dealership was better than this!

Try Nissan. I received a survey from corporate and even before it arrived the post cards and calls from the dealer started (sale manager, sales person, customer care person, service manager). Annoying to say the least. The deal was OK but with the exception of the sales person they were mostly patronizing a**h****s.

My honda dealer did that i told them that suggesting that ensured they would never get an excellent from me LOL

My harley dealer did not try to influence me at all

When I did my survey it was right after I thought the dealer gave me a um deal on something. I thought he charged me $40 fro something that was his problem. I wrote that in the survet along with a couple other complaints. About 4 months later I was in the dealership and the owner came over and mentioned it (the factory had gotten back to hi about it). He said he reviewed the paperwork on the incident and told me next time I buy something I have a $40 credit on my account.
