Hey guys and gals, I recently installed chrome hand controls on my bike, but I am stuck on the mirrors. The manual says to use the 2 lock washers like on the black controls. I am kinda worried about the washers tearing up the chrome finish and the chipping working its way outward of the mirror holes. I tried some plastic washers, but no matter how tight I make it the mirror still spins in the hole. Anyone have a better idea? I was thinking rubber might grip better, but who knows? Thanks for the help!
