in my opinion, it cleans up the front end by centering the headlight between the top and bottom trees

kinda looks like the 1st couple years of sportys, they had a scaled down version of the hydra-glide tins till like 64-65.

I have been looking at doing this mod myself, it really had a nice look to it, but I'm not sure I want to get rid of my windshield just yet.

It took me a 2 1/2 hours to install and that include a 20 minutes trip to the hardware store to buy a 25cents allen key that was needed but i didnt have and sliding down and back up the forks to reroute throttle cables. the throttle cables and thr clutch cable cannot be between the fork tubes.

Ya looks nice but I don't think an HD windshield is usable with it. You would have to get one of the unaversal handlebars mounted ones. I bet its easy to clean too. No little hard to reach holes for everything to get stuck in.

Looks good, I loved mine also, real easy to install and cleaned up the front nicely.
