Hello again,
Let me post here a copy of a gratitude letter I’ve just sent to Harley Davidson.

Dear friend:
I suppose you had not forgotten my letter dated February 1st in which I voiced out my anger and disillusion regarding the way the repair of my Harley Davidson had taken place. This time, I write you for much happier reasons. I’ve received a gentle letter from Harley Davidson Spain saying that:
- The official guarantee of my bike has been extended in 6 months.
- The 10.000 miles service will be free of charge for me.
I must say that this decision is fully satisfying for me. It is in fact, more than I expected and more than I had asked.
That shouldn’t make us forget that what happened shouldn’t have happened. I hope measures have been taken in order to avoid it happening again, to me or to any other Harley Davidson owner.
There’s nothing left to say, just thanking Harley Davidson Spain for its quick and satisfying answer and apologizing if they consider that some of the things I said in my complain seem untrue now. It seems that the After Sales Service exists, and that at least in my case, it’s able to provide, if not solutions, at least compensations for the damages caused.
I think I can say again that I’m the proud owner of a Harley Davidson.
