No I don't. My neighbor just ordered a six speed for his 03 Softail Deuce. We're going to put it in as soon as he gets it.:D

Yes I put the XL-6 in my 2003 1200C last fall.
Nice unit. But for 04 and 05 you have to split the
engine cases to install one. I think Baker has
the kit but that is going to be a major job.

I did mine in my garage in a day. The earlier trans
on the sportsters are the cassette type. Easy in
and out especially for the 5-speeds.

FYI, the 6 speed is really not worth it unless you do
a lot of riding at 70+. The cost of the unit is about
$2100.

I have info and pics on my install if anyone needs it.

Like decman said you have to split the cases and no trap door makes it much harder.
The parts guy at Baker I talked to, said it may be another year before the 04 and up kits come out.

$2100?! Ouch. Maybe after I win the lottery.

If it's lower cruising RPM you want you might look at Johnson Engineering's Twistgrear setup. Gears 1-4 are lower and close ratio, 5 is stock. They combine that with a 55 tooth rear pulley. Result is the same reduction in 1-4 but about 10% less in 5.
Their setup plus a new rear pully should be about 1/3 of the 6 spd. Don't know if they are making it for 04-05 models.
