If you get higher handlebars for a 2001 M2 and need longer throttle cables can you use Sportster cables? Or do the Buells offer longer cables? Will longer Sporty cables work in Buell throttle twist grips? Thanks for any help. It looks like stock would be close to about 30".

You figure this out at all? I'm debating on whether or not to go low or throw on some apes and a spring seat and go with the bobber look. Got a Gypsy choppers hardtail frame with a 2002 Buell cyclone engine/front end.

Heck no. If your seat is hard the spring seat helps one hell of a lot. I have the spring seat on both of my chopper/ bobbers. I'm still looking for answers on the cable question. I bought a cable I thought would work but it didn't. If you find out anything please let me know
