Well the 88 is not yet broken in, but we wanted to get it on to tune it.
We got 100 peak hp and 101 peak tq. I dont have the graph yet to post due to the dyno having computer problems.

I'm very interested in a parts list as well.
My bike won't be going on the dyno for about a 1000 miles after the break in but I'm shootin for 120-130 on the power numbers. :D

Yes, that Tom Metty. CCW is his new shop in Dexter Michigan.
When I sat down with Tom to discuss my bike, I told him I wanted an 88 incher with lots of TQ and stock-like manners. We settled on a mild build with the following parts:
Stock 1998 883 lower end
Axtell cyls and Nallin pistons (approx 9.8:1 static comp)
XB heads cleaned up
SE .536 cams
SE 44 CV carb
D&D 2:1 pipe (Boarzilla I believe)

It came out just as I wanted- a bike I can ride all day long, lots of TQ, makes power down low, and isnt tempermental. Tom said it cam out great considering its very mild cam- great combo for what I was looking to achieve. The huge TQ number is surprising- looking at Nallin's site it appears that most of the 88 inchers listed there have more HP but less TQ. Of course, all dyno's are different and you really cant compare between them.

CCW put a 180/60/17 tire on the rear with 2" stretch, and a few other treats on the bike. I will post a picture when I get one.

nd,thats sweet.did you beef up ur tranny or can it handle it with a heavy duty clutch.

Very nice I like the 80 lbs at 2500 rpm. You will be in that torquey range all the time...a little blip off your cruising rpm will through ya back heh!
