Help. I just finished cracking the Primary on my 74 XLH to replace the shoe tensioner. In doing so I decided to adjust the clutch as well once I put everything back together. I was following the Clymer manual and the HD Shop manual when I heard a "sproing" while doing the final adjustment. Turns out the clutch cable came loose from the linkage. In cracking the case once more I discovered two of the three bearing balls in the case, then had to replace those as well as the cable and try to put it all back together so it would work. Needless to say I cannot get it to disengage at all. I believe the release assembly shifted 30-40 degrees toward the front (is this possible), so I am not getting any action when I pull on the cable.

Sorry about War and Peace here, but... In a word, any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
