How do you place more than one quote into a reply ???

theres probably an easier way, but i do it by having multiple windows open, and using the (quote=xxx, /quote) tags..... then cutting and pasting the actual text that i want to quote.

the head gurus could probably 'educate' us on this....

I usually hit the quote button for the first, copy the text, then press cancel and hit quote for the second, then paste the text I just copied, continue til you have all you want.

Here's a way to do it, for ANYONE who wants to know a good way. It works for me, but I'm SURE it's not as good as Gronking your quotes (whatever that may entail): :laugh

A. Right click on the "Quote" button at the bottom of the first post you want to quote and then select "Open link in new window" (Internet Exploder) or "Open link in new Tab" (Firefox).

B. Keep doing that for all the posts you want to quote. You'll have several windows or tabs open when you get done - no big deal unless your computer's real low on memory.

C. Select the quote text and Copy from the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ect; new post windows and paste back to the first, one quote at a time.

D. Close the other windows or tabs you used to copy the quotes from.

E. Edit your post to your liking, and add snide comments as needed.

I hope this does not infringe on any copyrights or patents that may be currently held.
