Auwrester197,

A while ago, we were attempting to organize a "group buy" of suspension parts which would hopefully save us a bunch of bucks, but I think everyone got busy and it wasn't pursued...with all the new members we've had since then, perhaps we should revive the idea and see if we can all save some greenbacks for more chrome...or for our significant others...nah...more chrome! :D

PlanB ....

That's a great idea. A true group purchase with true savings!

There for awhile, lots of us were bidding on those Sportster "Sport" shocks that that H-D dealer was selling on Ebay .... Of course those 50 or more sets are gone now, so now may be the time to get a real group purchase on Progressive 412,418 and 440s if someone can find a dealer wishing to offer substantial savings on any of these 3 series of rear shocks.

Unfortunatly, I don't need any ... I have the 1200-"S" shocks :)

Well I need some 440's so when the wife and I lose some weight :frownthre I can take her on road trips. So I need some heavy duty shocks. :o :o
I just can't spend $500 bucks for them.

I want some 440's also...I missed out on those fifty E-bay "S" shocks...being the cheap ass that I am, I procrastinated waiting for the best deal out of all 50, and lost all of them...but I must not be totally stupid, because I DID learn from that lesson...I WILL jump on the next good deal and not wait so long! Auwrestler, I'm sure someone who remembers the group buy thing will be posting here soon...it must be a Monday, 'cause I'm brain dead and can't remember! Maybe I should go for a ride and clear the cobwebs! :tour
