I had absolutely know idea how to do any of this internet forum stuff when I joined.

I just pestered people who knew how to do stuff until I finally got the hang of it.

Its a learning process :)

Not without deleting the image and inserting one that has been resized on your PC before you upload it to your image host. Some image hosts have a function that sets a maximum image size and does it for you.
